Cancellations

Moderate policy – Free cancellation within 48 hours
Cancel within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund.

• Cancel until 5 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus the Airbnb service charge.
• If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, the value of the first night plus 50% of the remaining nights will not be refunded.
• Airbnb’s service charge is refunded only if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours from the time of booking and if the guest has not yet completed his / her arrival.
